Opportunities

At Blessed Hope, anyone is welcome and can receive food or other help. Meals are served Monday through Saturday at noon and 5 p.m. Sunday, dinner is served at 4 p.m. (No noon meal is served.) The Pantry is open 3 days a week, though in an emergency, we will do what we can to be of immediate assistance. That means Blessed Hope now needs regular volunteers to pass out food, pick up donated food items, provide transportation to doctor appointments, prepare and/or serve food, etc. Help is needed seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please call (313) 388-1499 to schedule.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Blessed Hope welcomes you to fulfill your community service obligations at the mission. You may do service projects, janitorial work, food service support, help with pickups or deliveries and so on. Your time is accurately recorded and letters will be provided to the Court as necessary.
